The MET 30+ Universal 3f range of multi-frequency metal detectors fulfills the requirement of many food producers who need to utilize a packaging line for a wide variety of products and packaging types in order to maintain optimum factory output levels. Working within a range of three crystal tuned frequencies (either 875KHz, 286KHz and 100KHz or 286KHz, 100KHz and 30KHz) the Met30+ 3f is capable of automatically selecting the optimum frequency according to product characteristics.
When inspecting dry biscuits the MET 30+ will automatically select high frequency, wheras for a product wrapped in metallized film, it will operate at a low frequency. The sophisticated microprocessors and software will optimize product settings and detector parameters according to the product and packaging. This insures the best protection against metal contamination while maintaining versatility within the production line.
The MET 30+ Universal 3f range is can be ordered with either a touchscreen or membrane keypad and is supplied as a head only or fully integrated onto one of Lock's purpose built conveyor systems.
